Changed the quality of our sleep. We live in an apartment that’s pretty nosy and we needed some way to block out a lot of the sounds. I love ASMR but my husband doesn’t. We tried so many of these “white noise” types of apps/Spotify playlists/YouTube vids/etc. and none are as consistently soothing as Endel. It just drowns out all the ‘intrusive noise’. We fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
