Aura-2 is the voice of the station. It reads the AI's reasoning aloud over the mix, natural enough that people assume there's a human on the mic. Low-latency, clean, and the range of voices let me give the Ninja a consistent character. The whole "a DJ that actually talks to you" illusion rests on it.

The entire Ninja runs on Cloudflare. Workers + Durable Objects fan out the live stream, D1 holds the catalogue and audio analysis, R2 stores the tracks, and Containers do the heavy lifting — audio analysis and frame-by-frame video rendering — with Workers AI running the models at the edge. Building a 24/7 streaming product with no servers to babysit is the only reason this exists as a solo project.
