Throughout my career, I've been frustrated with the tools available for working with customers. Everyone has a backend database (CRM) to keep track of customer interactions. But when it comes to actually working with customers, thereās no defined way to organize all the information that gets shared. Most people rely on some combination of email, Google docs, Notion, Loom, Asana, Slack, etc. Itās a messy process and while I was running marketing at Lattice we actually built a Webflow prototype that tried to solve this problem. That led me to quit my job and start Dock last year.
At Dock, weāre building a platform that improves how companies collaborate with customers. Dock is a collaborative workspace (think of a private, personalized website) where you can share embedded content (videos, pdfs, slides, dashboards, form, calendar schedulers, etc.) along with our native project plans, rich text, and more. Everything integrates with Salesforce/Hubspot and we give you analytics along the way. And we donāt require your customers to create an account/password with us.

I rarely comment on Product Hunt launches, but in the case of Dock... I have to make an exception...
When @alex_kracov first gave me a demo of Dock, my initial reaction was, "HOLY SH*T š¤Æ".
From there, I showed my team, and they all said, "HOLY SH*T š¤¤, where did you find this?"
And then finally, when I sent out our first Dock workspace to a prospect, their reaction was, "HOLY SH*T š, this is amazing."
Dock has truly changed the game for us regarding any sort of engagement with prospects, customers, investors, AND prospective hires.
And the craziest thing... We originally thought Dock was just going to be another "Sales" tool, where in actuality it became our "Everything" tool. We use it for sales, onboarding, customer success, fundraising, and hiring. TOTAL GAME CHANGER!
Dock gives us the power to consistently impress our prospects, customers, investors, etc by giving them a space to collaborate and communicate with our teams beautifully and simply.
As a PROUD Dock user for over six months, I have to say that Alex and his team have made something extraordinary... and they are just getting started!
