Crewscale is a network of top 1% remote talent connecting high-growth companies with pre-vetted tech talent. We are here to assist you in overcoming the needless lengthy recruiting procedure in a more cost-effective manner.
looks cool. Needs to reach as many talented devs as possible to provide a good pool of candidates. I didn't see C/C++ as part of the top skills offered, but maybe it'll get there soon. Got my vote for trying to organize a difficult space π
Looks like it could be a pretty convenient platform, especially for time-crunched startup founders who don't have the time or expertise to properly vet developers themselves.
A couple questions:
1. What's Crewscale's main advantages over just using Upwork to hire a developer? Is it mainly the sourcing (Crewscale proactively finding the devs on misc. sites around the web) and vetting processes?
2. "Top 1%" feels like a pretty ambitious claim. What about your sourcing process gives you that much of an edge over other talent/freelance/job platforms? (For example, is it because you have a large inventory of lesser-known but reliable dev-related websites that are teeming with high-quality under-utilized developers?)
Congrats team. Seems like a no-brainer for remote hiring!
