Crewscale

This Company is doing fraud with its employees. My dues are pending for more than 4 months and co-founders (Nirmaan Agarwal & Raghu Bharat) are befooling its employees. But they didn't have the intention to pay. Even after waiting this long, still not paid and now co-founders and even HRs stopped responding to my mail for my dues. Why is he cofounder? I don't understand. I would recommend whoever is going to join Crewscale, Please don't because in the beginning you may feel good but how it will end, it's going to be frustrating, depressing and disturbed peace of mind for you guys. Prioritize your peace of mind over crewscale. For those who have already joined crewscale and have an annual or performance or retention bonus like structure, please take action now and get it all fixed in your CTC now because in the end you won't get even a penny of that. If it doesn't get fixed, please look for a better opportunity now cuz they don't have the intention to pay that in the end. I worked for years then how can they keep my earned money and disturb my mental peace. I see a lot of other employees are facing the same at crewscale in the end. Be aware before working with crewscale and it's co-founders. Do have some some shame Nirmaan Agarwal & Raghu Bharat.

This is the worst organisation and CEO who are running this organisation. I have an annual bonus + 1 month salary combined to 4.5Lakh which is pending since March, 2023 and I didn’t received yet. After asking multiple times, Initially I got different dates for its payment, like in the next 10 days then in next month so on and now I am not even getting a response. Even on so many follow up mails with HR and co-founders Nirmaan Agarwal and Raghu Bharat, I didn’t receive any confirmation; they have stopped responding to my mails. Even in July for asking my own money, I got threats of defamation, legal and police cases for asking from one of the crewscale co-founder Raghu Bharat. I asked another cofounder also to Nirmaan Agarwal also to talk about my pending amount. He back then asked me to give 2 months and promised that FnF will be done and now when more than 2 months has passed he is not responding at all. He is also not the man of his words like Raghu and they call themselves co-founder. Because of this situation, my peace of mind is disturbed and I am distracted and find it difficult to focus to do anything. This situation taught me that one should never have any kind of bonus-like structure in your CTC unless you work with a well respected organization. And If the bonus-like structure is already there by any chance then get them fixed in time. Whatever I wrote here is all fact by fact true. There is much more but that was verbal so I didn’t write here.

Let me share company's and it's cofounders' ethics and values here. My bonus + salary combined to ~4L is pending since march 2023 now and cofounder kept delaying it till now. Now it the end, now cofounders and even HRs stopped responding to my mail for my dues. This is the first time I have not seen this cheap cofounder of an organization. Cofounder himself did not respect his own words. This tells if cofounder is like this than how company would function. Don't know how many other would be facing this. Such a shame on crewscale and it's managment and cofounders. People who already joined please get it all fixed in your CTC if you have any kind of bonus cuz you won't get it in end no atter how hard you work. And leave crewscale and find good organization whihc have some ethics and values. These people are just cheating.
