I have been following ClearFeed since its inception. It has come a long way, and Slack connects are definitely being used a lot now, especially in B2B businesses, for better one-on-one communication with customers. At Goodmeetings.ai, we help revenue teams have productive customer meetings and focus on the customer while our AI meeting wizard handles the rest (automated summaries, meeting insights in addition to recordings, transcripts etc.). We provide personalized and high-touch support to customers on Slack. As we are scaling fast, the channels have grown in number exponentially and it's become a pain to manage these channels a We have been early users of Clearfeed and the product has truly grown by leaps and bounds. A BIG shout out to the Product Announcement feature...we are now able to broadcast key updates across all customer slack channels...we used to manually paste this in each channel earlier and at times used to miss sharing with 1-2 slack channels, this saves us tons of time and takes human error out of the equation.
