We use Cedric at Deskimo to keep our lead tracker clean. Leads used to come in through Slack and our website forms, and someone had to copy them into the Google Sheet by hand afterwards. Now Cedric picks them up, adds them to the sheet, skips duplicates and fills in the gaps. What surprised me most is that the team started using it on their own; nobody had to push them. Setup took minutes, and once you correct him on something (date or phone number formats in our case), he remembers it for the whole team.

Would love to see WhatsApp support. A lot of our partner and customer conversations happen on WA rather than Slack, and that’s often where a lead shows up first

Honestly, the alternative was doing it manually. Cedric works on top of the Slack and Google Sheets setup we already had, so nobody had to learn a new tool.

As a startup marketing operator without a big team behind me, having a tool that speaks my language and works at my pace really changed my schedule. My days used to start with chasing people for what happened in the last few hours to draft newsletters and social media posts, but now Cedric attends my calls with me and is connected to my Slack, so that it can send me a batch of post drafts every week, and he even tells me what he left out on purpose, like client names and other details he's unsure of. I still rewrite plenty, but starting from something real instead of a blank page is a big relief.

During calls in the chat, sometimes it keeps reminding several times that it's taking notes and keeping the agenda for the meeting. It can just mention it at the beginning of the call and not randomly during the meeting

I'm not a tech person at all, so when I get asked to connect servers or setup other technical onboarding processes, I honestly get overwhelmed and close the page. Cedric didn't ask me to do anything onboarding-wise, I just downloaded it and started using it within a couple of minutes. I loved how "for-dummies" it is!

Also, Cedric's pricing at 19$/mo vs 100$/mo is a huge advantage, especially when it comes with more features like joining my Gmeets and Zoom calls. I got to try 100$ worth of credits when I initially signed up and I was sold immediately. For smaller teams in startups this is quite convenient.

Simple and quiet, which is what I want. It doesn't spam me, and things are ready when I need them.
