I have used AXL since 2022.
What I like about AXL is that customer history, sales funnel, course access, and communication stay together. When we follow up with someone, we don’t have to piece their story together across different tools.

Since AXL introduced MCP, I no longer need to ask a tech guy to make every change. I tell ChatGPT what I need, and it does it directly in AXL.

Even working with students has become easier. I ask ChatGPT to give feedback, encourage them, give them a nudge, or acknowledge their progress — all in my tone of voice.

I think AXL needs to invest more in engaging its users' community.
Also, I would like to have an iPhone App for my courses delivery.

I’ve been running my online education business since 2014, and I’ve used the usual stack: landing pages, CRM, email, courses, webinars, and chatbots and etc. Keeping these tools connected was the headache. An integration would break, we’d fix it, and then something else would break 🙈
