What's great
What I like most is that it’s not trying to be “100% AI.” The platform actually makes sense: it routes tasks to the right agent, whether that’s a human or AI. By connecting tools I already use like Slack, Jira, and Notion, Trace fits naturally into my existing workflows instead of forcing me to change how I work.
For repetitive content tasks, it’s a huge productivity boost - something I wouldn’t be able to replicate with pure AI alone right now.
What needs improvement
The tech is strong, but more transparency and control would make it even more powerful - especially for people who want to fine-tune how work gets done rather than just trust the output.
vs Alternatives
What really stood out is how well it fits into existing workflows. Instead of replacing tools, it connects the ones I already use like Slack, Notion, and Jira, and then layers automation on top. That makes it feel practical, not experimental.
What limits exist on tasks, runs, or API calls?
Trace uses a monthly credit system tied to your plan. You spend these credits when workflows run tasks.
What support and SLAs are offered for incidents?
I usually reach out to support@trace.so if something goes wrong or I have a question
What's great
Welltory gives me real insight into my stress and energy levels in a way that’s actually useful. The visualizations are stunning, and the data feels meaningful - not just numbers. It helps me plan my day smarter. I use it all the time.
