I ve spent years watching teams burn budget on beautiful ads aimed at garbage lists.
Same pattern every time:
Export a target list from CRM or event platform
Throw it into a spreadsheet
Hack together filters, VLOOKUPs, and manual enrichment
Pray the upload to LinkedIn/Meta/Google actually matches

This looks useful. Excited to try it out.

@alexmturnbull Thanks, Alex! Really glad you’re giving it a shot... eager to hear your experience with it.
Great idea. Which CRMs are you integrated with? Is there integration with HubSpot?
I have an idea for you. As someone with 20+ years in B2B sales, I really miss the feature of automatically updating old contacts. For example, a potential client contacted me three years ago; I didn’t sell to them then, but they liked us as a company. They change jobs and move to a new company. On the day of that change, it would be great to get a notification, reach out to congratulate them, and a month later ask if they need a contractor in the new company. Or they might post on LinkedIn that they’re looking for our services again, and I wouldn’t see it… There are a lot of similar situations. In short, if you make something like this, I think you could get a lot of new clients.
Deduplication across CRM, events, social, shopify and spreadsheets in one place seems like a huge time saver. But if the same contact has conflicting info across sources, how does it decide which one to trust?
Congrats on the launch! The AI enrichment inside a spreadsheet-like interface feels very natural, smart approach.

Living in CSV hell as a one-person growth team. If this lifts match rates and keeps lists synced, I’m curious. How strict can the dedupe rules get? I’ve got weird cases: Shopify emails vs FB logins. Free plan looks handy — I’ll toss a small list in.

@alexcloudstar We have seen that hell trust me. Thanks for giving us a try. Sheet Operations is a solid function which provides lot of flexibility on dedupe logics. Please keep bringing your complicated cases too and we would love to prioritize some of those features in our roadmap, beyond this beta version.

@alexcloudstar Oh we’ve lived in that CSV hell too — totally get it. Appreciate you giving us a try. Our Sheet Operations give you a lot of flexibility with dedupe logic, even for messy cases like mixed Shopify vs FB identifiers. Keep sending those edge cases our way — we’d love to shape the roadmap around them as we move beyond this beta.

Solid concept. I’m curious how well Audience Loop keeps audience data fresh over time. Does the enrichment actually improve with repeated runs, or is it mostly a one-time cleanup?

@harkirat_singh3777 Thanks for your comment and asking, So it will not improves on running immediately multiple times but we have an advanced feature like monitoring the list, which ensures the list stays updated.
iCustomer
@harkirat_singh3777 Great question — and thanks for checking this out. Re-running enrichment back-to-back won’t keep improving the list, but our upcoming monitoring feature does. It continuously keeps the audience fresh over time so your data stays updated, not just cleaned once
