First, a huge thank you to the whole community for your support on AINA's launch day. We're grateful to be at the top, with such strong competition around us.
What we love about Product Hunt is that it's really about community and genuine connections. Preparation and launch day both taught us a lot.
Job hunting feels like such a black box sometimes anything that adds a bit of transparency is a win in my book. @netali_eu
@priya_kushwaha1 Totally agree! The lack of feedback is one of the hardest parts of job hunting. That’s exactly what we’re trying to make a little more transparent with AINA 😊
@priya_kushwaha1 @netali_eu Absolutely! Candidates deserve more clarity and guidance throughout the process. That’s a big part of what inspired us to build AINA 😊
@priya_kushwaha1 So true. It’s much easier to move forward when you understand what you can actually improve instead of just guessing what went wrong. Thanks for sharing this, Priya!
One thing I didn’t expect to care about this much was the video intro. I hire people fairly often, and after a while CVs honestly blur together. Seeing someone explain what they’ve done in their own words gives me much more context before deciding who I want to talk to.
Also anything that helps candidates come into the first call better prepared is a plus for me. A lot of good people have solid experience but struggle to explain it clearly in an interview. I liked that AINA works on that side of the process too.
@artsiom_kazimirchik Thank you for sharing this! You’ve captured exactly why we built both sides of AINA. A video intro can help employers see the person behind the CV, while interview practice helps candidates explain their experience with more confidence. It means a lot to hear that both feel useful from a hiring perspective 💙
