The next languages will largely depend on where our users are and what they need most. So yes, making AINA accessible in more native languages is definitely part of the direction we want to take.

They can also use the Career Coach whenever they want guidance or want to work on their career goals. Astra powers the personalized development plan they get after a Career Coach session, helping them understand what to improve and what to focus on next.
@abhishek_ambad One important detail: candidates don’t have to complete a Career Coach session before applying. AINA supports the full journey as an ongoing cycle - discover roles, apply, practice interviews, reflect with the coach, and use the Astra-powered development plan to strengthen the next step.
I love the name! In this part of the world, aaina means mirror. And it aptly suits the product intent, i.e., to show where we currently stand and where we can be.
With the job situation all over the world, this is a much needed invention especially for folks who need guidance real quick.

From the recruiting side, I see how often candidates are left to navigate the whole process on their own, so giving them more clarity along the way is something I really care about. And thank you for the support and such an interesting fact about the name!
@ashok_nayak We spent a long time choosing this name. In Finnish, AINA means “always” - that was our original idea: a career companion that stays with you throughout your journey.
And now “mirror” adds a perfect second meaning: helping people see where they are and where they can go.
Two languages, two meanings, and somehow both describe exactly what we built. Looks like we landed on the right name twice 😄
