@emir_sahmanovic The bear is for the culture 🫡 That's a good question -- @anandnanduri was scrolling on Linkedin and saw an eCommerce leader make a post about surveying customers using a traditional survey platform, taking all the open-ended results and dumping it into ChatGPT. We realized that no eCommerce survey platform was taking advantage of AI to help users summarize insights from the data, so we built a post-purchase survey MVP and sold it to early adopters. Our users loved the product, but we weren't growing fast enough so decided to make a generalizable survey tool to increase our market size and could still help the eCommerce users.

Hoping to build a new generation of survey tech 👨‍🔬 Spam responses are categorized into an "uninterpretable" bucket, but are still included so the user can still see how the conversation panned out. As for low quality responses, AI-follow-ups can be turned on to ask clarifying questions.

This looks promising. We have 2.5M+ users on on Knowt and would love to try this in our product. There's a lot of open-ended feedback we've collected and it would be great if we could automatically summarize the useful insights. What options do you have to share the survey out, and how well can it be integrated into a product?

@abheek_pandoh2 Right now we have options to export as csv! We're working on options to embed the survey into web apps and mobile in a more first class way and we have some exciting updates coming regarding exporting data. Happy to chat about any use cases or integrations that suit your fancy!

@sohil_kshirsagar Appreciate it, Sohil! They have a slightly different target. Those survey tools are longer form (sometimes interview replacements), help recruit respondents, and focus on multiple delivery methods like voice, video, audio, as well as text. While we have AI follow-ups to dig into responses, we focus on text-based surveys with quick set-up and want respondents to be able to fill out the surveys fairly quickly as well.

@kathryn_wu1 thanks! We're using Supabase to store all of our data and everything is encrypted in flight and at rest. We also have SOC 2 so we have a bunch of controls in place for privacy/security
