The maker spammed me on LinkedIn pretending to be interested in a recent launch on Product Hunt but instead just wanted to promote his own launch. Gross.

We humbly apologise for the spammy message you've received. It was someone's bright idea to drop you a text from the founder's account that we as a team wouldn't have supported. We've engaged and learned from the community on other launches and discussions and also learned how to not market our product (read: spam) during Community Hours. I hope we will be able to showcase our good culture and products in a better way during our next launch. We appreciate your feedback and would internalize it well to not ruin the open and vibrant culture here at Product Hunt.

I think having a resume that catches the eye is key. That's where the breakthrough occurs when the recruiter gets back to you with positive feedback. This tool is a preventive measure that will increase your chances of success because it identifies weak points you can fix.

Ooooh, this one is really really good. I'm not an HR specialist, but I used to constantly participate in interviews as the head of the team. If I had had this tool then, it would have been much easier to get acquainted with candidates' backgrounds and experiences.

A great initiative by the team to save hours of manual work in organising and screening resumes. As soon as the resumes are uplaoded and scanned, the system pulls out all the important information and stores it in the table, which saves the manual labor of the HR of maintaining the resumes getting screened. Also, the Avya AI assistant is really handful for assisting in getting the right set of resumes as described.
