Most platforms in this space are just glorified spreadsheets. Good to see a focus on the actual business end of collabs.
The payout feature is a clear win. But the core problem remains legal and compliance.
My question for the team 🤔 : How deep does your discovery go? We need specific, niche micro-influencers, not just the usual suspects. And when are you shipping a full contract-management module? That's the unlock.

re: legal and compliance. So one of the critical things we do is make contracting between 1stCollab and the creator. So we actually take on all the legal risk rather than the brand. And for the creator, they now get a standard contract that they know is consistent across all their campaigns. So if there's ever anything the creator does that is not compliant with the brand's needs, it's our responsibility to fix things with the creator.
re: How deep does discovery go, you can try it out yourself at https://www.1stcollab.com/for-brands (it's free to try). I think something you'll quickly observe is that you're able to find very small creators. We've indexed hundreds of millions of creators, so almost any creator with a notable sized audience (we define it as 500 median views in the last 90 days), is someone that can be discovered on 1stCollab.
re: Contract management. Because every one of our contracts is actually standardized, we can show each contract in a structured way. We do provide a contract management module and it includes structured data such as price, duration, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity clauses and much much more. I'm actually fairly sure because we are unique in how we handle contracting, we're the first platform to offer such a structured view of all contracts.

@vik_sh Yeah we actually spent a lot of time running brand campaigns by hand when we first started to make sure we really understood every part of the process. During that time we really learned about just how much of a pain it was emailing back and forth and managing hundreds of creators simultaneously.
How do you source these influencers? They should apply by themselves or do you scrap insta?
