For example, if a business is using our Zendesk Support product, they can use Explore to learn more about when, why, and how customers reach out for help. And, they can track all the ways that their agents interact with customers too. This can help businesses improve how tickets are routed, what content agents share with customers, or how satisfied customers are with the service a business provides.
