Hey everyone, πŸ‘‹πŸ½ I am Diego, Co-Founder at Teamworki. We are a team of three, having worked on the product for about a year. Thanks to @nikkielizdemere for sharing the product here! With Teamworki, we want to empower team leads - from sales/marketing to software development - to build alignment at work. Now that most people went remote, it became extra challenging to get coworkers on the same page: 🎀 Less feedback: problems are arising when it’s too late. 🎯 Too many meetings, not enough action. πŸ’¬ Feedback is all over the place, making it harder to understand what issues need your help the most. We believe that tools like employee feedback/morale surveys, one on ones, and retrospectives can generate a lot of data. Teamworki connects the dots, using machine learning - sorry for jumping on the bandwagon ;) - to suggest how aligned and β€œhealthy” a team is. Our free edition has meetings, unlimited surveys, and Slack integration. The Pro edition (free trial available) unlocks Microsoft Teams integration and the ability to share insights with other managers in the workplace. 😻SPECIAL PRODUCT HUNT OFFER: Get a discount when upgrading to Pro by using one of the following promo codes until the end of July: 50_OFF (for the Yearly plan, $50 off for the year) or 50_OFF_3 (for the Monthly plan, 50% off for the first three months). Happy teamworking! πŸ’ͺ🏽

High-performing teams have two things in common: they rally around common goals and make psychological safety a priority. Getting there can be tough, especially now that remote work is here to stay, introducing some challenges... Teamworki empowers team leads to see how their coworkers are feeling through multiple data points (feedback surveys, one on ones, retrospectives), generating weekly reports outlining common issues (reported by the users) and highlights. Integrating with Slack and Microsoft Teams makes this easy enough, without introducing a brand new tool. For workplaces that aren't using those solutions, Teamworki can also send notifications by email. Check this out and sign up on the website.
We signed up and it looks like a fantastic tool to foster a culture of feedback and transparency in the workplace. Unsure about how the AI grades will look like for us once they're generated on Sunday, but it if works as advertised this is a game changer for any organization, especially distributed ones.
@kylelaporte Thanks, Kyle! Let me know once you get the weehly Team Health grades for your own team - we've been training the algorithm for almost a year, but there's always room for improvement.
I've seen this product grow over the past 6 months. The team is always adding new features, very receptive to feedback, and really care about helping people create high performing teams. I was looking for a way to get a pulse on my team now that more and more are working remotely and this product fits the bill, and more!
@ryan_graham1 Hey Ryan, you made my day. Thanks for the collaboration, as always! It's been amazing to serve your team so far and there's so much more to come. Hope you guys have a great week!
Other tools out there were very HR focused. This one also serves HRs as a stakeholder, but is primarily meant for team leads like me, and this is unique on its own. I'll share this with friends.
