After 30+ years of helping law firms with performance reviews, we kept seeing the same problem: most firms were relying on spreadsheets, long email threads, or generic HR tools that weren’t made for legal work. Partners wanted a clear system, associates wanted honest and consistent feedback, and PD teams needed a process that was confidential and easy to manage. But there was no tool built for this.
So we created SRA. We took everything we’ve learned from decades of running reviews in law firms and turned it into a platform designed only for legal teams. Over time, SRA became more than just digital forms — it now includes behavior-based rubrics, calibration tools, and strong confidentiality features that match how lawyers actually work and grow.
Our aim is simple: give every law firm, big or small, a fair, structured, and reliable way to evaluate and support their people.
