A great way to monitor your customers' health

We use it at Survicate for monitoring account health of our Customers. Testing the usecase for activation as well. If you use Intercom and miss some CRM features, Salesmachine is something that may come handy

Pros:

Easy to set up, Nice integration with Intercom, versatile, enables to act on companies which is AWESOME for B2B

Cons:

Could have more integration, i.e. Chartmogul/Recurly

we use to check our customer health, At the starting point, I really like this tool. when we configure features like automation & segmentation it's pathetic to setup even support is worst.

Pros:

1. Easy to setup & use

Cons:

1. Need a separate email for automation and inbox. 2. Pathetic support.
