Tenille here from Easy Agile. I’m stoked to introduce Review by Easy Agile, a free app that helps any team run retros, reviews and debriefs safely and simply inside Jira.

It works on Jira Cloud for:
🧑‍💻 Software projects, and
🧑‍💻 Business projects

Review keeps things simple and focuses on what actually matters: helping people share ideas safely, and making sure the good ones don’t vanish into a lost Confluence space (...or was it in that old Google sheet...🤔)

We built Review to make reflection honest and effortless. Three ideas guided every decision:

1. People first. The tool should feel like a conversation, not a form.

2. Right where work happens. Run retros inside Jira, so nothing drifts into a forgotten doc.

3. Safety by default. Anonymous comments and mood checks give every voice room to speak.

Since release, dev and business teams alike have been using Review to turn meeting insights into Jira issues that keep momentum alive long after the session ends.

We are already exploring more custom templates and things like dot voting, and your feedback will shape what comes next.
