Easy to manage MRR/ARR, accurate customer count, easy to upgrade/ downgrade customers based on changes in their plan, great reporting!Cons:
A customer can't pay $0 so the customer count is off b/w SFDC & PW for customers that we have a partnership with in exchange for software.
