Pricing is not good. 5% transaction fee is too much. You should charge based on the number of users. For example 500 users - 25$; 2500 users - 45$; 5000 users - 65$. (These prices are just random) Or at least get the transaction fee under 2%. Even stripe don't charge more than 2% for their tech.
I recently launched my private discord and we have 2500+ (30$ per month) members at the moment with the pricing similar to your I would be paying around 3750$ to your platform. We hired a developer and got similar thing to setup in under just 2k$. Its one time payment and now I take 100% of the revenue. I can scale even more without any issue.
