It really helps to build a community of my customers.
We had been trying to build a community with our customers for years. Within a matter of weeks of implementing Bind, what was essentially a dead discord chat became a thriving community where users were more willing to engage. It has been a few months now so still early days but prelim figures are showing a modest, yet noticeable reduction in churn rate and a big jump in satisfaction and engagemnet across the board. Super happy with the product and the Bind team have been really responsive the whole journey.
Glad to be part of the Bind team building a product that empowers both the admins and the community. A non-exploitative form of group marketing. Let's make it a great product
