A month ago we encountered a problem with Openflow . We felt how hard it was to capture and understand the way users move through your UI. The interface does not always tell you what to do. Adding tooltips full of text can be a solution, but it's a trap. Once you add one, you start adding them everywhere. Looking at different onboarding solutions, we felt the pain of being interrupted.
