Congrats! I'm aware of a couple of similar non-AI tools, but yours is the most comprehensive I've seen so far.
Does the tool work better when forwarding an email, or does it work just as well when sending an email directly? Also, I'm curious about the lifespan of the generated reports (/report links); will they be available forever?

@mhadidg Thank you for the feedback! We dont delete reports yet unless user deletes it explicitly. Regarding your question it works best when you send email directly from the tool/server you are using because only that way it is possible to analyze mail server that will be used during final delivery.
@milos_mosovsky Yeah. That's what I thought. I think "Forward an email" might be a bit misleading to folks. "Send an email" is less so.

1) First feature that we will launch soon is monitoring, it's almost done, you will just subscribe your fixed email address to your mailing list and each time you send newsletter you will get report to your email if your score dropped/increased, or if anything needs your attention.
2) We are preparing a way how to create also instructors "what should be in the email according the brand" that will monitor if the emails are consistent with your brand messages.

@roozbehfirouz Thank you very much for your feedback. This tool mainly came from our own pain points when countless of hours of preparing the newsletter ended up in low priority inbox/spam and we lost a sales. We are constantly monitoring data and improving prompts everyday!
Congrats! What steps are you taking to improve accuracy, because the tool sometimes marks invalid emails as valid (“green results”) and also flags valid emails that later bounce?

You can mail me to info@mailtester.ai which email was flagged incorrectly, however we are monitoring results everyday and tweaking AI guidance based on the data that we collect. We use combination of technical markers with AI signals to predict and improve, therefore technical analysis is always precise but combination of specific content signals + technical signals might flag the email.
