In fact, we can work alongside tools like Intercom. When it comes to new AI chatbot tools that are showing up recently, our focus on the SaaS niche sets us apart. We offer special things like collecting request features, which most other chatbot tools don't have.

I really love the idea of a niched down chatbot for Software as a service (still a relatively huge TAM) - I am curious how this differentiates from Intercoms bot where much of that information (articles / FAQ info etc) lives more or less native within their platform?
