Congrats on the launch Anton!
I tested the chatbot creation process and I must say it's really smooth. So easy that it takes just a few clicks. Very useful the step where it's possible to test the knowledge of the chatbot before it's live.

I chatted with Craftman on Craftman's website and I have to say, I'm quite impressed! The responsed were quick and precise. Got to admit, I'll have to look into it Congrats on the launch!

I really love the idea of a niched down chatbot for Software as a service (still a relatively huge TAM) - I am curious how this differentiates from Intercoms bot where much of that information (articles / FAQ info etc) lives more or less native within their platform?
