We built AiVAclaims after watching too many veterans get worn down by a system that’s supposed to support them. Again and again, we saw the same story: * 1,000+ pages of medical records * Confusing rules and legal jargon * Missed conditions, denied claims, and years of unnecessary waiting Most vets don’t lose out on benefits because they’re undeserving — they lose out because the process is brutally complex and manual. Law firms and VSOs do their best, but they simply can’t read every line of every record, let alone turn that into airtight claim documentation at scale. That’s what inspired our approach. Instead of starting with lawyers, we started with data. We asked: *What if AI could read an entire VA medical file like a hyper-focused analyst — and never get tired or miss a detail?* From there, our process evolved into three pillars: 1. Scan everything, not just summaries – Our AI goes line by line through the full record to surface every ratable condition the VA recognizes. 2. Auto-generate the documents that actually move approvals – Injury statements, buddy letters, and nexus letters, all built from the evidence in your file. 3. Align incentives with the veteran – Flat fee equal to one month’s payment, only after benefits start. No hourly billing, no open-ended percentages. Our goal with this launch isn’t just to “optimize” claims — it’s to give veterans a feeling they rarely get in this process: clarity, control, and speed.
