For a small operation like ours, a 24/7 solution that trains on our own docs is much more cost-effective than hiring a call center. really cool. the latency is the make -or-break factor here-if it stays close to human response times, the ROI will be huge. seems easy enough to setup , might give it a trail run on our next project.

This is an impressive no code AI agent platform with strong distribution coverage across both websites and messaging channels. The auto sync with tools like Google Drive, JIRA, and ClickUp combined with SmartFlow makes it feel very production ready for real business use cases. From a technical perspective, how do you handle real time data freshness and conflict resolution when multiple knowledge sources update simultaneously across different integrations?

@urvashi_misal Great question! Each knowledge source is synced independently with its own refresh cycle we don’t batch updates across sources, which avoids most conflict scenarios.

For real-time data, users can create custom tools through SmartFlow to call any external API. We also provide an internal API for each agent to save and update its knowledge base on the fly.

So whether you need to pull live data or push new knowledge into the agent, both options are available.

@odran_husson1 That makes a lot of sense, especially the decision to keep refresh cycles independent to reduce conflicts. The combination of SmartFlow for live data and an internal API for on the fly knowledge updates feels very flexible. It is interesting how this shifts agents from being static responders to something much closer to living systems. How teams usually start shaping their agents’ behavior, do they rely more on existing content from their site, or do they actively design conversation flows from scratch?

@vik_sh Thanks Viktor! Most teams start by syncing their existing content website, docs, FAQs and let the AI learn from that. It handles 80% of cases out of the box.

For more specific needs, they can add custom actions and flows through SmartFlow, but honestly most users never need to go that far. The goal is to get value fast, not spend weeks configuring.

Can I manage multiple Siloed knowledge bases for different clients under one AI SmartTalk account?

@lightninglx Yes! Each agent has its own isolated knowledge base, so you can manage multiple clients with completely separate data under one account.

Every agent gets access to all integrations independently. And if you ever need to centralize or share knowledge across agents, you can connect them together.

So you get full isolation by default, with flexibility to link them when needed
