Kaiboard turns repetitive AI tasks into shortcut presses. Kaiboard allows you to bind prompts to shortcuts, which will run on your clipboard text.

Hey, fellow Makers and Hunters!
This is my first PH launch ever 🎉.
It all started in October last year.
I used LLMs daily for text translations and proofreading. As it usually goes, I found copying text back and forth between my email app and ChatGPT annoying.
What should have been just a small experimental project to explore productivity hacks kept going because people found it interesting when I talked about it. It was a sign that I needed to finish it, and here we are.
How Kaiboard works?
Download the desktop app
Define a shortcut and a prompt that you find useful
Copy text and press the shortcut
The copied text and prompt are sent to the LLM
Wait a bit and paste the result
If you are a productivity freak and you use LLM chatting every day, then give it a shot.
I would like to hear which of your repetitive tasks can be simplified using Kaiboard.

hi @rybarix ,
Congrats for your first launch !
It seems that your video has very weak sound, almost inaudible.
Kaiboard
@barnabed Thank you! I'll look into it.
Manna
Congrats on your launch! I am inspired by how you turned a small idea into a useful product!
Kaiboard
@desmond_ren1 That was my goal 💯. What is the smallest possible useful thing I can build? It turned out that making a desktop app in 2025 is nowhere near as easy as making a web app hah.

@phuongle1237353 Yes, Windows, macOS and Linux.

Congrats on the launch, Sandro! 🚀 As someone who constantly toggles between Slack and ChatGPT to refine customer replies, this hits home.
Hey Sandro!
Love love love this.
But I think I accidentally set two prompts for the same keyboard. And ever since then the app won't open.
It keeps saying "There was an error (#04)"
Also a quick suggestion. I think it'd be more practical for me to be able to highlight and press the shortcut to have the prompt run. Instead of having to highlight, COPY, then run the shortcut.
Have you thought about omitting the COPY step so there's one less thing to do?
Thanks!
Nelson

@nelson_cho I will message you to resolve the issue.
Yes, I've got this feedback multiple times, and I'm already looking for a solution. It totally makes sense.
