When an initial evidence review is inconclusive, GPT-6 Astra re-examines the original public source to assess whether it applies to the specific company, role, team, location, and time period. The app handles search and page fetching, checks quotations against the source text, and turns unresolved conditions into interview questions. In a production run on an Automattic engineering posting, the workflow included Astra review and four source-verified quotations. The sources still did not establish the role-specific travel policy, so Rolequiry kept the question open. The result is a clearer conversation with the hiring team, without a fit score or an unsupported claim of certainty.

I built Rolequiry to connect career priorities with the questions worth asking before joining. The key idea is simple: the same posting can lead to different questions for people with different priorities. Rolequiry separates two things: what public evidence says about a posting, and how its conditions relate to your needs. Supporting evidence doesn’t automatically mean a role is right for you. For real postings, the app searches public sources and checks quotations against the original pages. When the initial review is inconclusive, GPT-6 Astra reviews whether the source applies to the role. Uncertainty stays visible. The featured demo uses fictional data so you can explore the interaction immediately. You can also try your own posting with one career priority; a resume is optional.
