Reunion

We built Reunion because private events were way harder than they should be.

I run a restaurant bar and pickleball eatertainment venue, and our private events were spread across emails, spreadsheets, PDFs, and random notes. Tons of back-and-forth, manual BEOs, chasing deposits, and always feeling like something might get missed.

We tried existing tools - and while they helped, they still felt clunky and disconnected from how venues actually work. They were also missing so many of the things we needed. So we built what we wished we had: one place to handle leads, conversations, BEOs, and payments - without the chaos.
