I'm half way through the advance readers copy and every chapter in the book has a key ingredient for every chapter of your startup! I'm really enjoying it. It's really easy to put the concepts into practise!
how similar is this book to his class notes? () Can you get a feel for the percentage overlap between the two? I'm currently reading the class notes and wonder if I should stop and simply start the book.
Figured it out already? Got the same question.
The notes are sometimes more extensive and thorough while the book is a bit more structured and approachable. I'd start with the book! But I'd say the notes would provide about the same information. :)
I'd say the book is a bit more approachable, but the essays from Blake Master cover pretty much all of it, plus a lot of areas that are left out in the book. (I've read the advance readers edition as well)
Made a summary for that book: — those advices are magnificent for startup founders!
Awesome book. Unfortunate scrolling on that website, though. Why does it feel so weird?
eww. one of the worst scroll jacking i've seen. but amazing book!
Looking forward to reading this. The original class notes were insightful and I am sure this will be even more so.
Picked it up yesterday, excited to dig in and report back.
A must read for every startup
Zero to One is a great book to share with people outside of the tech industry as well. Lots of practical life lessons that makes you think differently about how you view the world, and what's a good outcome.
It is an amazing read! Want to create a start-up or already in one? This is for you. Very practical.
Love it
