Join me in the Soberish October Challenge? šŸ¤

by•

My friends at @ZBioticsĀ® Pre-Alcohol Probiotic are teaming up with @Sunnyside this October for the Soberish October Challenge, "a flexible way to reset on your own terms ahead of the holiday season."

Pick the goal that works for you—such as limiting the number of drinks you have in a week or reducing your overall alcohol consumption. You'll get free access to Sunnyside through November 1 to make tracking easy.

Completing the challenge* requires logging 20 days of activity in the Sunnyside app.

*This offer is subject to the challenge's Terms & Conditions.

Thanks for the share @chrismessina! We're super excited to be partnering with the awesome Zbiotics team. Signups are coming in fast, so it's going to be a fun one!

ā€œSo does ā€˜soberish’ mean I can still enjoy a glass of wine on Fridays? Asking for a friend šŸ·šŸ˜‰ā€

Chris Messina

@dr_wil_rodriguezĀ exactly! You can set your own goal, and don't need to abstain completely. Personally I'm starting with a 30% reduction for the month.

@chrismessina I’m super into this. Was just talking with my sober uncle on what getting ā€œsober-ishā€ looks like, knowing I’m not addicted and yet I have a little too much. Going to join.

@chrismessina question, it’s a 20day trial but only 15days free. Am I missing a promo code or is the assumption I’ll subscribe?
Nick Allen

@meadflyĀ hey Chris! If you sign up via the ZBiotics x Sunnyside landing page you'll get a free trial valid through November 1. I hope you'll decide to check it out!

The reset on your own terms messaging really resonates. Not everyone wants full sobriety and thats okay.

I'll be doing the dry on weeknights challenge. I still want to enjoy a few drinks on the weekend, but challenging myself during the week to stay focused sounds great!

Nika

I think that I do not have to join because I have Soberish life. šŸ˜… No alcohol.

@busmark_w_nika you can cheer us on! 😌

Exciting idea, great ux, but I stopped at entering the phone number.
Chris Messina

@d_ferenchaĀ how come?

D. Ferencha

@chrismessinaĀ In general, a phone number is too personal for me to share. Just to satisfy my current curiosity, I consider it too much of a risk. I can handle spam emails without any problems, spam calls not so much.
