Pick the goal that works for youāsuch as limiting the number of drinks you have in a week or reducing your overall alcohol consumption. You'll get free access to Sunnyside through November 1 to make tracking easy.

I'll be doing the dry on weeknights challenge. I still want to enjoy a few drinks on the weekend, but challenging myself during the week to stay focused sounds great!

@chrismessinaĀ In general, a phone number is too personal for me to share. Just to satisfy my current curiosity, I consider it too much of a risk. I can handle spam emails without any problems, spam calls not so much.
