Hey
Freelancers and creatives constantly face the challenge of having their workflow scattered. The proposal lives in Docs, the contract in DocuSign, invoices in a third app, and the actual back-and-forth in email. Every seam is a place a deal stalls, and every tool makes your one-person shop look like a one-person shop.
Zaxim is our answer: one home for the whole client relationship. The link you send for the proposal becomes the contract, then the invoice, then the shared workroom where the work gets delivered. Your client never makes an account — they just open the link to comment and sign off.
A few things we're proud of:
Our AI drafts from research we have done on winning proposals as well as real history — your past wins, your voice, and the details you give it — not "I'm a passionate freelancer" filler.
One workroom to run the whole project — phases, tasks, files, and sign-offs, all in the same place your client already is, so the back-and-forth stays clear and in one calm thread.
Publish a portfolio in a click — turn your best work into a clean, professional showcase, and hand potential clients one link to view your work.
The client conversation stays in one place — your client comments right on the proposal, you trade tweaks, and they approve and sign, all in one tracked thread on the link. No account, no email tag, no "which version was final?" It's the whole reason we built Zaxim: freelance deals stall in the messy back-and-forth, so we made that part effortless.
It's free to start: three proposals up front plus one a month, the full project workroom on unlimited projects, and 3 real projects you can run end-to-end (contract + invoice) for free — no card. Paid plans start at $10/mo when you want more volume.
We'd genuinely love your read on the concept of the product
honestly love the no-account-for-clients angle, that friction matters a lot. one thing i'd want though is a basic read receipt or view tracking on proposals, basically so i can see when a client actually opened the pitch and how long they spent on it. would save a ton of awkward follow up emails.
@aydn87772573347Â Hi Aydin, being able to see if the proposal has been opened is already possible and is integrated with the dashboard so that you can be able to follow up if need be
Congrats on the launch. One thing that would help me as a freelancer is a built-in time tracker inside the shared workroom, since tracking hours and tying them back to invoices without switching tabs is painful. Could Zaxim log time per task and roll it into a client ready invoice at the end?
@emredkwk Hi Emre, we are currently working on the best way to implement this in the next version of updates and will be available to public soon
The proposal draft from past work was honestly better than what I usually throw together at midnight. The shared workroom keeps files and chat in one place, which is way less chaotic than juggling Google Drive and email.
