Hey @mikeseeh, first off congrats on being featured on PH! This looks super cool, I went ahead and signed up and placed a call... I didn't answer it to see how the automated voice sounded reading the voicemail message and whenever I did hang up it kept saying that my number (that I called from) was waiting to be answered. I tried calling again and answering but it keeps incrementing saying I'm waiting for x minutes. I had to remove the Slack app to get it to stop for now. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Really want to use this.

@jeffweisbein you can add the integration again via the "add to slack button". the problem should not appear again but if something is strange again please write via http://help.yodel.io so we have a ticket and can assign it internally. thanks!

Hi Mike. First of congrats. Awesome idea and design looks slick. As a current Aircall user I really appreciate the fair pricing. User based pricing doesnt reflect the real usage/value but calls/numbers does. I am currently at the beach 🌴🌞 windsurfing but when I am at home we should talk about moving LingoHub from Aircall to Yodel.

Does it work on the iPhone as well? Do you have a (Mac) app?

@msch Thanks for the question! You can use Yodel on the iPhone with our responsive layout and call forwarding. In a few weeks we launch our Yodel iOS app to directly answer calls on iPhone and iPad. Mac app is currently not planned ... but who knows ... what would be your use case for the Mac app?

Tried and liked the service. Slack integration is just a cherry on the top. Only one problem, if I do not answer a call and it gets disconnected after all the rings, slack keeps bothering me. I had to finally mute the slack channel to stop alerts

@rohit11 thanks for reporting this! We had a few accounts were a callback URL was set but not properly saved. This is already fixed and works now flawlessly.
