The chase starts here
Hey all - Ben here, founder of Essium - makers of Xenqu.
If you're checking this out because of our Product Hunt launch: welcome. If you found this some other way: also welcome. Either way, this thread is meant to be the one place to ask, answer, and think out loud about Xenqu - for people actually using it and for us.
A few things this thread is good for:
Questions while you're getting set up. If something in the product isn't obvious, isn't documented well enough yet, or just doesn't behave the way you expected - ask here. If you're new, the Getting Started guide is the fastest way to your first working case; this thread is for everything that guide doesn't cover.
Insights from how you're actually using it. Xena (the AI teammate that chases and validates documents inside Xenqu) gets better the more real-world cases we see it handle. If you built a workflow that surprised you, hit an edge case with document validation, or found a way to use Xenqu we didn't design for - that's genuinely useful to us and to the next person reading this thread.
Comparisons and "how do I replace X with this." If you're coming from a spreadsheet, a shared inbox, a generic form tool, or another document-chasing product, say so. Other people in the same boat will want to see how that went for you.
Feature requests and rough edges. We read everything here. We'd rather hear "this was clunky" now than have you quietly churn later.
A couple of ground rules: be specific (a screenshot or a case name beats "it's broken"), and if you're reporting something urgent or account-specific, flag it here and email support - this thread is public and best for things worth other people seeing.
If you signed up through Product Hunt: your 14-day trial doesn't need a card, you've got 100 bonus Xena credits to burn through while you explore, and code PH2026 gets you 25% off your first year whenever you're ready to commit. No pressure on the timeline - ask as many questions here as you need first.
What are you working on setting up first?
