I’m Ali, founder of WZRD. I discovered the internet in 1995 and started building websites when I was 12. After 25+ years building on the internet, one thing still feels strangely unchanged:
We create information, then trap it inside static interfaces.
About a year ago, my late brother and cofounder @eyemohd and I kept coming back to one question:

@eyemohd @ealimohsen congrats launch! turning static the documents into the something people can actually talk to is a really intereseting idea and also the vioce interaction on the top of the existing work feels like a natural next steps.
how well does the WZRD handle compex documents with lots of different informations??

I was actually super impressed by the capabilities this has. It seems like we have a glamorous and more functional AI-native version of Google Docs, Slides, Forms, and Sheets. I look forward to importing some.

The slides angle is interesting especially if people can ask about something instead of just sitting through the whole presentation.
@ayazakram Totally. It could make presentations less passive and easier to explore.
What happens when the original document has a lot of formatting or complicated tables? That seems like an interesting test for this.
@sheikh_umair1 Good question. That’s definitely an interesting test case. We’re still improving how WZRD handles more complex formatting and tables, but would love to hear your feedback!
I’d probably try this with an old spreadsheet first.

Can a team control what the AI is allowed to answer from a document?
@amybradley Yes, you can add instructions to guide what the AI should and shouldn’t answer from the document.
Congrats on the launch! Can you combine multiple file types into one conversation?
Is it possible for teams to personalize the conversational voice, or does everyone share an identical AI experience based on uploads?

@aymi_malik Teams can personalize its tone and behavior through instructions, so each experience can feel different and different audio voices are available to choose from.

How does it handle a large sheet where only certain numbers need explanation?
@albertnelson That’s a great use case. We’d love to make it easier to focus on the numbers that matter instead of digging through the whole sheet.
