After 6 months of job hunting, what's still manual in yours?

Earlier this year I found myself job hunting again as a Product Owner in UK banking. What surprised me wasn't how hard it was. It was how much of it was still copy and paste.

Every application ran the same loop: read the ad, guess whether it was even real, rewrite the CV, research the company, then scramble the night before an interview to work out what that business actually cares about. 5 tools, none of them talking to each other, 2 of them billing me monthly for something I used twice.

So I built my own process to survive it, and then turned it into WorkstationAI. It launches here on 4 August.
