WhatsApp Pilot - WhatsApp order alerts & restock notices for Shopify stores

by•
WhatsApp Pilot connects the WhatsApp number a Shopify store already uses (linked by QR code, no Business API account) and automates the messages customers expect: order confirmation, cancellation notice, abandoned-checkout reminders with a discount or free shipping, and back-in-stock alerts. A product-page button lets shoppers order via WhatsApp or ask to be notified, and a demand dashboard shows which variants people are waiting for. Free plan; Pro is a flat $15, no per-message fees.

Hi Product Hunt, Mousa here from E-SAFQA, the team behind WhatsApp Pilot. Many small Shopify stores, especially in MENA and Latin America, already talk to customers on WhatsApp, but the WhatsApp Business API means a provider account, template approvals and per-message fees. We built WhatsApp Pilot for the store that just wants its own number to do the routine work. What it does today: - Floating WhatsApp chat button (free plan) - Order confirmation and order cancellation notices - Abandoned-checkout reminders with an optional discount or free shipping, only for customers who gave marketing consent - A product-page button: Order via WhatsApp, or Notify me when back in stock - Back-in-stock alerts and a Product Demand view per variant Honest limits: it links your number as a device (like WhatsApp Web), so it is not a bulk broadcast tool and the phone has to stay active on WhatsApp. We also published three free tools, no sign-up: a wa.me link + QR generator, store message templates in four languages, and a WhatsApp API cost calculator. I would love feedback on what to automate next.
