Hey Product Hunt! I built What Comes First after sitting through too many prioritization meetings where everything sounded important and nothing really moved. I didn’t want another framework or scoring spreadsheet. I wanted something that forced the trade-off conversation teams usually avoid. This started as an internal exercise for my own work and slowly became a standalone tool once I realized how common this problem is.
