Voixo - hear the web your way - Transform video's voice into natural AI voice

What inspired you to build this? I’ve always struggled to understand online tutorials when the audio quality or the speaker’s accent made it hard to follow. I kept wishing there was a simple way to instantly replace the original voice with a clearer, more natural one — without downloading anything, editing, or searching for transcripts. So I asked ChatGPT back in late 2024 if such a tool existed. The answer was no. That moment sparked the idea for Voixo. I wanted to create something that helps people learn faster, understand better, and enjoy videos without the frustration of unclear audio. What problem were you trying to solve? People watch tutorials, courses, and educational videos every day — but not all of them are easy to understand. Poor audio, heavy accents, background noise, or unclear pronunciation can slow you down or make you give up on a video. I built Voixo to solve exactly that: 👉 Turn any video’s voice into a clear AI-generated voice instantly. No downloads. No editing. Just tap and listen. How did your process evolve while working on this launch? The journey changed a lot along the way: At first, I only wanted to generate a better voice. Then I realized users want speed, so I optimized the extension to detect videos automatically. Later, I added transcript extraction to improve accuracy. And eventually, I made Voixo work on platforms like YouTube, very soon if will be available for Udemy, and any video across the browser. I iterated nonstop — building, testing, breaking things, and improving again — until Voixo became the fastest and simplest speech-to-speech AI tool I could imagine.
