I kept having good feedback from my colleagues and bosses, but when time got around promotion, I was never able to give visibility to my work / output. When on interviews I was never able to sell myself, because I am not that type to do self-promotion. And at a new job I always had to prove myself over again but never got the pay or promotion recognition that it deserved.
