We've only just begun our journey Voiceflow but at every stage of the process, we've been blown away with how incredible the product is and how supportive and responsive and are. These guys are the future of voice and we look forward to seeing where the Voiceflow rocket takes us next!

Disappointed that the chatbot prototypes sharing are limited to only users of Voiceflow that must also be logged in. Also, can not "publish" the chatbot from prototype. As such, whats the use of having a prototype chatbot that can only be used by the limited users of Voiceflow?
Repositioning is hard! Voiceflow is now associated with voice automation and will be really hard now to pitch chat automation with the same branding. What do you think?

We're focused on conversation design and that angle much more than automation! On the conversation design side, there are very few platforms focusing on great design :)
VF 2.0 looks awesome. I have loved following the Voiceflow evolution. The added channels are super helpful as we continue to interact with services on so many different devices!
