Do you title your prompts in the same way that you title your git commits?

Every time I use Cursor to build something, I have a simple text document with all my prompts that worked well. The first month, everything was a mess, and the prompts had names like “fix thing” or “better version.”
Right now, each one has a name telling me what I created thanks to it, such as “Stripe webhook with retry logic” or “empty state for the dashboard.” It may not seem like a big deal, but I found it made me reuse them much more frequently.
I started reusing maybe one out of ten prompts before, but now it’s one out of three. Do you even keep track of your prompts? And if you do, how do you organize them?

I used commit-style titles until an agent wrote a clean fix, but when I reverted the code the test still passed. The test was a phantom. Now the prompt title is always the exact assertion that must fail first, not an imperative summary of the fix.
