Hi Product Hunt! I'm Laith, the founder of VertexStay.
Thank you for checking out our launch.
The idea for VertexStay came from seeing how many independent hotels still rely on a mix of spreadsheets, messaging apps, and disconnected systems to manage daily operations. We wanted to build a modern cloud platform that brings reservations, front desk operations, housekeeping, billing, guest management, and reporting together in one place.
Over the past several months, we've worked closely on creating a product that's simple to use, quick to set up, and designed for the day-to-day needs of hotel teams.
We're still early, and today's launch is an important milestone—not the finish line. I'd genuinely love to hear your thoughts. If you've worked in hospitality or built SaaS products, what would you expect from a modern hotel PMS? Is there anything you'd like to see us add?
I'll be here throughout the day to answer questions and discuss your feedback.
Thank you for your support!

One thing that would make VertexStay even more useful is a built-in guest messaging tool that lets hotels send pre-arrival and checkout texts or WhatsApps directly from the PMS, so staff don't have to jump between apps to communicate with guests.

@sudenuriskr5xt Thanks for the thoughtful suggestion! I completely agree that guest communication is a key part of the hotel experience.
Our goal with VertexStay is to give hotel staff a single place to manage their daily operations, so reducing the need to switch between different apps fits perfectly with that vision.
Built-in guest messaging—especially through channels like WhatsApp and SMS—is definitely something we're considering as we expand the platform. Thanks again for sharing the idea, feedback like this helps us prioritize what brings the most value to hotels.

Love that everything from housekeeping to reporting lives in one platform without feeling cluttered. The 14-day trial is a smart move too, lets you actually stress-test the front desk workflow before committing.

@songlsankxxlh Thank you! That was exactly one of our design goals.
Hotel teams already have enough to manage during a busy day, so we wanted VertexStay to bring reservations, housekeeping, billing, and reporting together in one place while keeping the interface clean and easy to navigate.
I'm also glad you mentioned the 14-day trial. We wanted hotels to experience real day-to-day workflows with the platform before making any commitment.
Really appreciate you taking the time to check it out and share your thoughts!

the platform sounds solid for daily operations but honestly a built-in channel manager that syncs with OTAs like Booking and Expedia would save so much hassle. right now it seems like that's missing or at least not obvious from the description, and dealing with double bookings manually is kind of a nightmare

@abdulsametlx30Â That's a great point, and I completely agree. OTA synchronization is essential for many hotels, especially those managing inventory across multiple booking channels.
Our current focus has been building a reliable foundation for day-to-day hotel operations, but channel manager integrations are definitely on our roadmap. We know how important real-time availability is for preventing double bookings and reducing manual work.
Thanks for pointing it out—feedback like this helps us validate what customers want us to prioritize next.
