Hey everyone 👋 VaultX started from a simple frustration I had personally: I couldn’t get a clear view of my financial life across both crypto and traditional accounts without relying on spreadsheets or juggling multiple apps. Most tools I tried were either too narrow (only crypto portfolios or only budgeting), or too complex and intrusive, often requiring custody of data or focusing heavily on trading or tax workflows I didn’t actually need. What I really wanted was something simple: a single place to understand my net worth, spending patterns, and financial behavior across everything I own — without giving up control of my data. That’s how VaultX started as a crypto tracker… but over time it naturally evolved into a broader personal finance tool. I added fiat tracking, monthly spending analysis, and financial insights because I realized the real problem wasn’t just crypto visibility — it was fragmented financial clarity. The key decision along the way was staying non-custodial. I didn’t want VaultX to ever hold funds or act as an intermediary. It should simply give users clarity over their own financial data.
