Love the innovations - especially the bike theft feature which is rampant in the US metro areas. As for the ad copy, "Create an electric bike that looks, and feels, nothing like your typical electric bike" I don't think most folks have much experience with electric bikes. I would challenge you to go further. Play up the Dutch name VanMoof and make the frame cool like a huge V - invest in some crazy paint powder coating systems with multiple colors and let designers create a signature set of Vs that you can CNC powder coat onto the frame. Folks love custom color choices and it would let you visually stand out. V for Volt, V for VanMoof, V for very (and then teach us a svelte Dutch word that starts with V). You might also add some safety features for exploding batteries. Try a test and make sure it vents to a part of the bike not next to a body part! I'd also ditch the black tires and spokes to go for something that scream electric - like colored LED lighting and reflective rubber so cars can see you.

Slick @ow! I love the ground up approach and the placement of the controls/screen underneath the handle bars. What was one aspect of the digital design that you were able to completely change or rethink that people would not expect from a smart bike?
