I'm the maker of ValidateIt — I built this because I kept jumping straight into code without checking if anyone actually wanted what I was building.

Curious how others handle this:

- Do you validate before building, or build first and figure it out later?

- What's your current process — Twitter posts, landing pages, cold DMs?

- What's the biggest mistake you've made by skipping validation?
