Uptiqr is uptime + status page monitoring built to replace Freshping (shut down June 2026). Since our first launch we rebuilt the entire product: a new dark-themed dashboard, redesigned public status pages, phone-verified SMS/call alerts (real OTP, not just a checkbox), and cross-instance rate limiting so alerts stay reliable at scale. Hey Product Hunt, back with a big update! We launched Uptiqr a few weeks ago after Freshping shut down and a lot of small teams needed somewhere to land. Since then we rebuilt the whole thing: - Full redesign: dark dashboard, cleaner monitor list, rebuilt status pages - Real phone verification for SMS/call alerts (OTP-based, not just a checkbox) — no more misfired A2P messaging - More reliable alerting under load (rate limiting that actually holds up across serverless instances, not just in-memory per-request) Free plan: 10 monitors, 3-minute checks, 1 branded status page, no card required. Paid starts at $9/mo for 20 monitors + SMS alerts. Would love feedback — especially from anyone who tried us at launch and bounced off something specific. What would make this a no-brainer for your team's stack?

The real OTP approach for SMS alerts is a nice touch, especially after seeing how many competitors fake that. One thing I'd love is a simple embeddable status badge component, something like a small script tag I can drop into our docs site or marketing pages so visitors always see live uptime without opening the full status page. Would make the branded pages feel way more useful.

The embeddable status badge is a great call; a drop-in <script> widget showing live status (or an iframe embed as a fallback) is exactly the kind of thing that makes the branded status page actually get seen instead of just existing as a link nobody clicks. adding it to the roadmap; it's a small build and it directly exrtends the branded pages feature we already have, so this shouldn't take long to ship.

Congrats on the launch, Eric! The focus on reliable alerts with phone verification sounds like a great improvement, especially for critical monitoring. Do you plan to have integration with Whatsapp as a potential future feature. I am assuming teams with distributed presence would prefer that.
